Hours
The Centre is open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We share our office with wig services and a member of our team is generally in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays 9am - 5pm. However, if you are making a special journey to see us, please call ahead to book a meeting or to check we will be there.
We are located on Level 4 in the main reception area next to the coffee shop. The Department for Oncology is made up of an Inpatient Ward, an Outpatient Area, a Radiotherapy Department and a Day Unit. The Avon Haematology Unit is housed within the BHOC and has both inpatient and outpatient facilities.
Please feel free to drop into our office to donate, purchase merchandise, if you have any questions or even just for a chat!
Parking
University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust now uses Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) in most of their car parks. You can pay for your BHOC parking at the end of your visit using the machine just outside the main reception.
Parking permits for single days of the week are available from the Trust, but these don't guarantee a space. Details are available at Reception.
Blue Badge holders can park in any available space free of charge. The Trust can also help with Blue Badge applications if you're eligible. If you have any questions about parking, please contact University Hospitals Bristol NHS Foundation Trust directly for assistance.
